In the bustling National Tsing Hua University entrance street market, there is a popular storefront that offers rice sausage and taiwanese sausage trays for 100 NT. This is a very longstanding and popular place, and many students and locals visit this place for a cheap quick snack.

You get a lot of stuff for 100 NT. This can be shared by two people, since it can become too much for one personal to eat and enjoy alone. They slice up their grilled rice sausages, grilled prok sauces, and serve it with sliced cucumber and kimchi. They add that sweet and spicy sauce on top of the rice sausages and it gives the rice sausages a tangy flavor instead of just being grilled oily rice. The pork sausages are good standard sausages, and these grilled items pair well with the cool cucumber and kimchi mix.
