Review
Right outside the Starbucks next to the Gong Guan MRT exit 4 lies a Intestine Noodle and Stinky Tofu stall that is open a lot later than its competition. They serve Intestine noodles at 40 NT and stinky tofu at 40 NT for a small portion and 50 NT for a large portion. This is a popular stall for take outs and hungry customers from 12am-1:30am.

I think the only advantage this stall has over its competition is that it is open a lot later than others. Otherwise, their food really is worse than the others, and a little more expensive. Their intenstine noodles had very little ingredients and was very thin and watery. The soup itself was devoid of that garlic, Taiwan bbq sauce, and black vinegar taste that should permate each spoonful. The noodle to soup ratio was also too low, which added to the watery feel of the whole bowl. Yet, at 1:30 am, this might be your only option besides 7-11 around these parts.
The stinky tofu was also subpar. The outer skin was so soggy and the insides were not stinky enough. The flavoring they use here is just dousing the tofu with regular soy sauce instead of using a unique blend of sauces that some other stalls would use. I really did not enjoy this plate of stinky tofu. Dragon Bro's did a better job with their tofu, but they are not open this late. All in all, this place is for the late night consumer market that is willing to make comprimises with their quality for their availability.
